Student Life Summer Camp 2010 is for junior and senior high students. We will be meeting at the Ministry Center at 9pm for check-in and leaving at 10pm on Sunday, July 4th. This year camp will be at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. After camp ends on Friday morning we will be taking a white water rafting trip with Outland Expeditions.

Registering for Student Life Camp 2010:

1. Download the "Parent Packet" below, and print out all nessesary forms.
2. Fill out and complete all forms
3. Send the "Registration and Release Form" and a $100 Deposit made out to
   "Church of the Redeemer" with "Student Life Camp" in the memo to our offices at 8535 Baymeadows Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. This step should be completed by May 23rd. You may also turn the money and forms into Shaun Lafferty.
4. Turn in the final payment and all other forms by June 6th.

Important Dates:

May 23rd - $100 Deposit Due with Registration & Release Form

June 6th - Final Payment of $300 and Forms Due
